We partnered with Exclusive Books to develop a digital strategy that elevated their email marketing through personalisation and data enrichment. Through a series of strategy workshops and collaborative sessions, we built a framework that aligned the brand’s passion for storytelling with smarter, more meaningful digital communication.
We created a gamified experience that invited readers to choose their favourite genres, authors and titles to uncover their unique reading preferences. This process enriched customer data and allowed the client to build segmented audiences for targeted communication. Using a drip email sequence, we encouraged readers to complete their profiles and continue engaging with the brand.
